Parisian Mushroom Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Button mushrooms | 8 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked ham | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Hard-cooked egg quarters | ||
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch (Garnish) | |
Directions
Trim the base of the mushroom stalks and wipe them with a damp cloth.
Slice the mushrooms.
Mix the mayonnaise with the vinegar and the sugar to make a smooth sauce.
Place the prepared mushrooms and ham in a serving bowl and toss in the mayonnaise mixture.
Serve garnished with hard-cooked egg quarters sprinkled with cayenne pepper.
