Ingredients
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |

| 1 cup fresh or frozen sweet corn grated right off the cob | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 cups hot mashed potatoes, unseasoned | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Eggs | 2 , separated | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350 Deg F.
MAKING
2) In a skillet, saute the onion in butter for 3 min until soft; add the corn and milk and simmer for about 5 min.
3) Remove the skillet from the heat, add the potatoes, salt, pepper, beaten egg yolks, flour, parsley, and grated cheese, blend well.
4) Stiffly beat the egg whites and fold into the hot mixture.
5) Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 min.
SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
