|Round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Canned cream of vegetable soup||10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|

|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Pound into meat with meat hammer or edge of heavy saucer.
Cut meat into 6 pieces.
In a skillet brown meat, onion, garlic in shortening.
Blend soup and water, pour over meat.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, occasionally spooning sauce over meat.
Remove meat from skillet to heated platter.
Stir sour cream into sauce; heat for a few minutes.
Pour over meat.
Sprinkle with additional paprika.
