Hot & Spicy Paprika Pork Ribs Recipe Video
This delicious paprika pork ribs is from my mom's kitchen. It is a highly recommended dish. You should give it a try!
Ingredients
pork ribs
15 ml smoke paprika
5 ml cumin
5 ml black pepper
5 ml salt
15 ml chives
5 ml thyme
5 ml coriander
15 ml turmeric
15 ml honey
237 ml orange juice
chopped garlic cloves
sauce thickener
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (148 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, put pork ribs.
Sprinkle with cumin, black pepper, salt, and chives.
Work it in.
Repeat to the other side.
Wrap ribs in a foil.
Place the foil in the oven and bake for 3 hours.
Medium-high heat the saucepan.
Add garlic, thyme, coriander, turmeric, honey, and orange juice to the pan.
Stir, bring them to boil.
Add some sauce thickener.
Make a syrupy-smooth texture.
Set aside the pan.
Put ribs on a rack.
Glaze it with sauce.
Broil ribs for 5 minutes.
Flip, repeat broiling.
Serve with extra sauce.
