Paprika Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 2 Pound | |
| Lard | 1/4 Pound | |
| 2 green paprikas | ||
| Onion | 1 Small | |
| 2 gills sour cream | ||
| Flour | 1 Ounce | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Green parsley | ||
| Red paprika | ||
Directions
Cut the washed mushrooms into slices.
Fry the chopped onion in lard, add the mushrooms and chopped green paprika, then add salt, pepper and sprinkle with red paprika.
Then add the sour cream mixed with flour and boil.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green parsley.
