Ingredients

 2 1/2 lb. forequarter lamb
 Onions7 Ounce
 Lard5 Ounce
 Flour1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 3 1/2 oz. tinned lecso
 5 portions boiled potatoes
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

Fry onions in fat, until they are light yellow, add paprika and finely chopped garlic, then the meat washed and cut into large cubes, and stew until tender.
When meat is tender, add lecso, and sprinkle with flour.
Thin gravy with a little water, and boil a few mins. longer.
