Paprika Beef With Beer Recipe

Ingredients
| Stewed steak | 16 Ounce (1 Can) | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), minced | |
| Beer | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Paprika pepper | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pasta shells | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped parsley | 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Turn the contents of the can of stewed steak into a pan and break up with a fork.
Add the onion, garlic, beer, paprika, tomato puree (paste), sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
Gently bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta shells in plenty of boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain and rinse with hot water.
Toss the pasta in the butter then arrange it around the edge of a warmed serving dish.
Spoon the meat mixture into the centre.
Garnish with parsley and serve with a mixed tossed salad.
