Paprika Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1 oz. oil or lard
2 tomatoes or 2 tsp. puree
2 Tbs. sour cream or Yogurt
1 tsp. paprika pepper
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 small chicken
1 large onion, sliced
Directions
Melt the lard and fry the onion in it for a few minutes.
Cut the chicken in pieces and add to the onions, together with the paprika pepper.
Fry for a few minutes.
Add salt and tomatoes.
Cover and cook until tender, adding a very little water if necessary.
It will take 1-2 hours, depending on the age of the chicken.
Add the cream or Yogurt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
