| Black gram | 115 Gram | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Asafoetida small pinch | ||
Directions
1. Soak black gram overnight.
2. Remove skin and dry in the sun.
3. Grind to powder.
4. Mix. ingredients together and prepare a stiff dough with water.
5. Roll out dough into paper thin rounds.
6. Dry in sun and store in airtight tins.
7. Fry in hot fat when desired.
