Papeta Nu Salnu Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 1 Kilogram, peeled | |
| Onions | 3 , sliced | |
| 3-4 green chillies, chopped or 1 tsp chilli powder | ||
| Curry leaves strip | 3 | |
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 2 tbsp ghee or oil | ||
Directions
Boil potatoes with turmeric powder and salt till done.
Strain.
Heat fat in a large frying pan and add mustard seeds.
When they start spluttering, add curry leaves and onions.
Saute till onions are soft.
Add chillies, potatoes and one cup water.
Adjust seasoning and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with puris.
