2 papayas greens
1 pound Dungeness or king crab meat or small cooked shrimp or lobster
cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup each sour half and half and yogurt
2 tablespoons each chili sauce and lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped chives
dash salt and pepper
Directions
Peel, halve, and scoop out seeds of the papaya.
Arrange on greens and fill the center shells with sea food.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
For dressing, blend together the half and half, yogurt, chili sauce, lime juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
Pass to spoon over salad.
