Papaya Treats Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 ripe papaya | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 oz. paper-thin Prosciutto slices | ||
| Generous pinch of coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| Several leaves lemon balm | ||
Directions
Quarter the papaya and remove the seeds with a spoon.
Peel the quarters with a sharp knife, then cut into smaller slices (about 1 inch wide), and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Cut the Prosciutto in long, 1-inch strips.
Wrap them around the papaya slices, and sprinkle with the pepper.
Arrange on a platter and garnish each with a leaf of washed lemon balm.
