Papaya N Crabmeat Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Celery | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Papayas | 2 | |
| Lime - Juice of 1/2 | ||
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), slivered | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Slice papayas lengthwise into two and remove seeds.
MAKING
2) In a bowl add crabmeat and celery. Mix together.
3) Refrigerate until chilled.
4) Take individual salad plates or shells.
5) Sprinkle lime juice over crabmeat and celery.
6) Mix almonds and stir.
7) Mound the mixture into papaya halves.
SERVING
8) Decorate with parsley sprigs.
9) Serve with lime wedges.
