Papaya Coupe Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 firm ripe papayas | ||
| Lettuce | ||
| Blueberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Seedless green grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| 1 lime, cut in 4 wedges | ||
Directions
1. Halve papayas; scoop out seeds, place on lettuce-lined plates.
2. Fill hollows with blueberries and grapes. Garnish each with a whole strawberry, if you wish, and serve with lime wedges to squeeze over.
