Ingredients

 Brown sugar - 8 cups packed
 Vinegar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Papayas - 2 medium, ripe but not soft
 Chinese bananas - 6, cut in 1/4-inch slices
 Seedless raisins package1
 Pineapple1 Can (10oz), crushed
 Macadamia nuts1 Cup (16 tbs), blanched
 Garlic6 Clove (5gm)
 Ginger root1 pound
 Red chili peppers - 4 tablespoons
 Salt4 Tablespoon
 Cloves2 Teaspoon
 Allspice1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepot put brown sugar and vinegar.
2) Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
3) Mix remaining ingredients, stirring constantly and boil until brown and thickened.

SERVING
4) Put into sterilized jars immediately and seal with melted paraffin.
