|Freshly squeezed orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided|
|For delicious diet cream|
|Evaporated skim milk||20 Ounce, chilled (1 can)|
|Vanilla extract||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|

1 Chill a large bowl in the refrigerator.
2 Cut the papayas into halves and scoop out the seeds.
3 Prepare the Delicious Dirt Cream: In the prepared bowl, beat evaporated skim milk until foamy.
4 Blend in honey and vanilla and beat to the consistency of whipped cream.
5 Into each papaya half, pile 1/4 cup of the strawberries
6 Pour 1 tablespoon of the orange juice over each papaya half.
7 Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of the diet cream.
8 Serve immediately.
