3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
2 garlic cloves, mashed
Directions
Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, liquid smoke and garlic in a saucepan over medium low heat.
Cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbly, stirring frequently.
