GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F.

MAKING
2. In a saucepan take milk, water, olive oil and salt. Bring to boil, remove from the stove and let it cool.
3. In a large bowl, take eggs and parmesan cheese. Whisk well.
4. In another bowl, take tapioca flour; add in milk mixture along with parmesan mixture. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
5. Spoon the batter onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.

SERVING
6. Serve Pão de Queijo with scrambled egg and enjoy!
