Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
0.50 ounce unflavored gelatin
5 cups heavy cream
1 cup white sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Stage1-Pour milk into a small bowl, and stir in the gelatin powder. Set aside.
Stage2- In a large saucepan, stir together the heavy cream and sugar, and set over medium heat.
Stage3-Bring to a full boil, as the cream will quickly rise to the top of the pan.
Stage4-Pour the gelatin and milk into the cream, stirring until completely dissolved.
Stage5-Cook for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Stage6-Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla and pour into six individual ramekin dishes.
Stage7-Cool the ramekins uncovered at room temperature.
Stage8-When cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 220 minutes, but preferably overnight before serving.
