Recipe Story

This is a popular drink in North India and as far as I remember made almost everyday in the summer.

Ingredients

 
1 green mango
 
1 tsp kala namak (black salt)
 
2 tsp sugar
 
salt to taste

Directions

Peel and chop the mangoes.
Boil in water until soft. Let cool.
Put in a blender and puree with some water.
Add all the spices and enjoy.
