Homemade Paneer Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 950 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Sour curds or 55 gm. | ||
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon (For 4) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Peppercorns | To Taste, crushed (For 4) | |
| Coriander leaves a few sprigs | ||
Directions
1. Bring milk to boiling point.
2. Add crushed peppercorns, coriander leaves and beaten curds or vinegar or lime juice, stirring the milk slowly.
3. Stir till whey separates.
4. Pour the whole into a clean muslin bag, tie loosely and hang till most of the liquid drains off.
5. Keep the bag under a heavy weight for half an hour.
6. Cut into cubes to be used in the preparation of the curry.
