Ham and Cheese Panini Sandwich Recipe Video

Really this should be called "Making a Panino"...(the singular of panini) but I am using the plural, often-used and more recognized name for this great Italian sandwich. The sandwich is anything you want it to be, but typically is meat and cheese (eg. salami, ham, mortadella) on a really good quality Italian ciabatta and can be toasted in a panini press. I toasted mine in a Hamilton Beach Panini Grill, which toasts both sides of the sandwich simultaneously with 2 hot plates, pressed under the weight of the heavy lid. Really delicious! This is just a quick demonstration of that process. Enjoy!
