Paneer Sandwich Recipe
Paneer Sandwich has a Appetizing taste.The Coconut Chutney and Lime Juice gives the Paneer Sandwich Invigorating taste.

Ingredients
| 8 slices of paneer 4" x 2" x 1/4 | ||
| Oil | ||
| 2 tsp green coconut chutney | ||
| 1 tsp powdered black salt | ||
| Lime juice | ||
Directions
Cut out 4,12" squares of foil and brush them liberally with oil.
Place 1 piece of paneer in the middle of each square piece of foil.
Apply 1/2 tsp of chutney on each piece of paneer and place another piece of paneer on top.
Fold the foil all around each sandwich of paneer and bake in a moderately hot oven for about 30 minutes.
Unwrap the foil and place the 4 paneer sandwiches on a serving dish.
Pour the residual liquid over each sandwich.
Sprinkle with black salt and lime juice.
