Paneer & Peas Kurma Recipe
Can use Fried baby potatoes instead of cottage cheese. very less oil needed.

Ingredients

| Peas | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cooked) | |
| Paneer | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cubed | |
| Curds | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh thick) | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Cloves | 3 | |
| Cardamoms | 2 | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Inch | |
| Garlic flakes | 7 Gram | |
| Chilli powder | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon (Dhania) | |
| Tomato puree | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Peel & slice onions into medium sized pieces.
Fry it in little oil till it turns brown.
When it attains room temperature, grind it to smooth paste & mix fresh whipped curds.
Deep fry paneer cubes.
Put it in lukewarm water till required.
Heat oil in a pan, add garam masala, spices, chopped garlic & ground onion paste.
Stir in reduced flame till oil floats on top.
Add dania powder, chilli pwdr, salt & tomato puree.
Cook for few minutes, add peas & fried paneer cubes.
Remove from fire when it comes to boiling point.
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.

This is almost a new discovery for me... what is a kurma exactly... this looks lovely.. I love paneer so I wanna make this soon and it seems easy too... It seems good enough for dinner parties also :) glad to find this
