Paneer Paratha Recipe

Paneer paratha is a filling and delicious prepartion of flatbreads cooked with paneer filling or stuffing. Flavored with ajwain and coriander, the paneer paratha can be served with potato curries or coriander chutneys.

Directions

Grate the paneer.
Add the coriander leaves, salt, pepper and ajwain In a bowl, knead the dough with salt, oil, curd and water.
Divide into four equal portions.
Roll each portion into small round discs.
Fill each with one-fourth of the paneer filling.
Seal and roll into small round parathas.
Shallow fry on a hot tawa till done.
