Paneer Kofta Curry Recipe

Ingredients
| Paneer | 300 Gram | |

| Tomatoes | 250 Gram | |
| Khoya | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Coriander leaves | To Taste | |
| Ghee | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground almonds | 15 | |
| Cumin powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Yellow colour - 1/4 tsp | ||
| Arrowroot | 12 Teaspoon | |
| Spices | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pistachios | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Paneer | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ghee - for frying | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, mix the paneer, arrowroot, salt and spices and rub it till smooth.
2 Mix soda bicarbonate and breadcrumbs with it.
3 Prepare even sized round balls with the mixture.
4 In a frying pan, heat the ghee.
5 Fry in the prepared koftas in hot ghee till golden brown.
6 Drain well and keep aside.
7 In a skillet, heat the ghee.
8 Add in chopped onions and crushed cardamoms, cook until light brown.
9 Add in salt, garlic and ginger paste along with one cup of water and stir until dry and onion is tender.
10 Add in peeled and chopped tomatoes, curd, ground spices, red chilli powder and stir till gravy is thick.
11 Pour in 3 cups of water and cook again until the gravy is a little thick.
12 Add in the prepared koftas and mashed khoya.
13 Cook till koftas are soft.
SERVING
14 Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.
