 Paneer300 Gram
 Breadcrumbs5 Teaspoon
 Soda bicarbonate1/4 Teaspoon
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Fresh ginger paste - 3 tsps
 Curd1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spices2 Teaspoon
 Red chilli powder1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Green cardamoms4
 Garlic6 Clove (5gm)
 Tomatoes250 Gram
 Khoya1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Coriander leaves To Taste
 Ghee3 Tablespoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Ground almonds15
 Cumin powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Yellow colour - 1/4 tsp
 Arrowroot12 Teaspoon
 Spices1 Teaspoon
 Pistachios4 Teaspoon
 Paneer3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ghee - for frying

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, mix the paneer, arrowroot, salt and spices and rub it till smooth.
2 Mix soda bicarbonate and breadcrumbs with it.
3 Prepare even sized round balls with the mixture.
4 In a frying pan, heat the ghee.
5 Fry in the prepared koftas in hot ghee till golden brown.
6 Drain well and keep aside.
7 In a skillet, heat the ghee.
8 Add in chopped onions and crushed cardamoms, cook until light brown.
9 Add in salt, garlic and ginger paste along with one cup of water and stir until dry and onion is tender.
10 Add in peeled and chopped tomatoes, curd, ground spices, red chilli powder and stir till gravy is thick.
11 Pour in 3 cups of water and cook again until the gravy is a little thick.
12 Add in the prepared koftas and mashed khoya.
13 Cook till koftas are soft.

SERVING
14 Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.
