Editors Review

Tina and Nikko are experimenting with paneer, Indian cottage cheese. Interestingly, they have made paneer at home and are using it as stuffing for bread. Tina also shares her simple paneer recipe which many Indians dread to try at home; she makes it sound so simple. While Tina is preparing stuffing, Nikko is showing out his treasure of spices stored in his kitchen cabinet, just in case you are interested.

Kool...you 2 did a pretty good job with this recipe. I often make paneer as a side or even in Indian flat breads, filled or stuffed. it goes great with coriander chutney or mint chutney.. give that a spin! :)
