Directions
In a pan, heat oil and add the cumin seeds When it splutters, add the ginger garlic paste and saute.
Put in the diced onion and capsicum and toss briefly.
Add the rest of the spices and mix well.
Put in the cottage cheese cubes, coriander, lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes.
Finally add the diced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
