 Grated paneer1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Roasted cumin powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Chat masala1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Chopped tomatoes4 Teaspoon
 Chopped coriander4 Teaspoon
 Whole grain bread slices3
 Butter2 Teaspoon

Directions

Take crumbled paneer in to a bowl, then add roasted cumin powder, add ginger paste, tomatoes, black pepper, lemon juice, chat masala, coriander leaves, salt to taste and give it a good mix.
Take bread slice and butter sides of the bread, now add stuffing and spread it evenly.
Now top it with other slice of bread.
Roast from both the sides until it gets nice crust.
Serve with some salad, juice of fruits!
