Indian Paneer Sandwich Recipe Video
This tasty and crispy sandwich is so easy to make that anyone can make it. It’s yummy and ready to gobble up in few minutes. This can be done for a quick breakfast and anytime snack. It contains both proteins and carbohydrates too. Its really quick and healthy treat for kids!
Ingredients
| Grated paneer | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Roasted cumin powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chat masala | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Chopped tomatoes | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped coriander | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Whole grain bread slices | 3 | |
| Butter | 2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Take crumbled paneer in to a bowl, then add roasted cumin powder, add ginger paste, tomatoes, black pepper, lemon juice, chat masala, coriander leaves, salt to taste and give it a good mix.
Take bread slice and butter sides of the bread, now add stuffing and spread it evenly.
Now top it with other slice of bread.
Roast from both the sides until it gets nice crust.
Serve with some salad, juice of fruits!
