Paneer Pudina Tikka Recipe

| Jawitri elaichi powder 1/2 tsp | ||

| Mint | 1 Teaspoon (For marinating) | |
| Green chilly | 1/2 Teaspoon (For marinating) | |
| Coriander | 1/2 Teaspoon (For marinating) | |
| Kasoori meethi 1/4 tsp | ||
| Yellow chilly powder 1/4 tsp | ||
| Onions | 2 Teaspoon (For marinating) | |
| Roasted chana powder 1 tsp | ||
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon (For marinating) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon (For marinating) | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon (For marinating) | |
| Water | 1 Teaspoon (For marinating) | |
| Roundels of onion | ||
| Roundels of tomato | ||
| Chat masala | 1 Teaspoon (For marinating) | |
| Mint chutney 30 gms | ||
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together to form a marinate for the cheese balls.
Coat the cheese balls with this marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Grill in a pre heated oven until a golden crust appears on the cottage cheese balls.
Sprinkle some chat masala and serve with the accompaniments.
