 Green chilly1/2 Teaspoon (For marinating)
 Coriander1/2 Teaspoon (For marinating)
 Kasoori meethi 1/4 tsp
 Yellow chilly powder 1/4 tsp
 Onions2 Teaspoon (For marinating)
 Roasted chana powder 1 tsp
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon (For marinating)
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon (For marinating)
 Oil2 Tablespoon (For marinating)
 Water1 Teaspoon (For marinating)
 Roundels of onion
 Roundels of tomato
 Chat masala1 Teaspoon (For marinating)
 Mint chutney 30 gms

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together to form a marinate for the cheese balls.
Coat the cheese balls with this marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Grill in a pre heated oven until a golden crust appears on the cottage cheese balls.
Sprinkle some chat masala and serve with the accompaniments.
