Paneer Masala Recipe
Ingredients
| 250 gms Paneer cut ito cubes | ||
| Ghee | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Carom seeds | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 2 Big onions chopped finely | ||
| Ginger | 1 Inch, finely chopped | |
| Green chillies | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon, mixed | |
| Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3/4 Cup beaten curd salt to taste | ||
Directions
1. Cut paneer into 1 1/2" x 1" rectangular pieces.
2. Heat 3 tbsp ghee, add 1 tsp ajwain crushed on a chakla-belan.
3. Add onions, green chillies and ginger. Cook till onions turn brown.
4. Add 1 tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp dhania powder. Mix well. Add paneer.
5. Blend in 3/4 cup beaten curd, salt and 1 tsp garam masala. Cook till curd dries up & ghee separates.
