Ingredients

 250 gms Paneer cut ito cubes
 Ghee3 Tablespoon
 Carom seeds1 Teaspoon, crushed
 2 Big onions chopped finely
 Ginger1 Inch, finely chopped
 Green chillies2 , finely chopped
 Garam masala1 Teaspoon, mixed
 Red chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 Coriander powder1 Teaspoon
 3/4 Cup beaten curd salt to taste

Directions

1. Cut paneer into 1 1/2" x 1" rectangular pieces.
2. Heat 3 tbsp ghee, add 1 tsp ajwain crushed on a chakla-belan.
3. Add onions, green chillies and ginger. Cook till onions turn brown.
4. Add 1 tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp dhania powder. Mix well. Add paneer.
5. Blend in 3/4 cup beaten curd, salt and 1 tsp garam masala. Cook till curd dries up & ghee separates.
