Paneer Circles Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread slice | 3 | |
| Paneer | 100 Gram, mashed (FILLING) | |
| 1 Capsicum very finely chopped | ||
| A few drops of orange or yellow colour 1 Tbsp butter (approx) | ||
| 2 Green chillies finely chopped salt, garam masala and red chilli powder to taste | ||
| Tomato ketchup | 1 Tablespoon (FILLING) | |
Directions
1. Mash paneer. Add all other ingredients of the filling.
2. Remove sides of the bread.
3. Press with a belan (rolling pin) all over.
4. Spread some filling.
5. Roll up.
6. Keep the roll tightly rolled up in a damp cloth for 15 minutes.
7. Spread some softened butter on the roll.
8. Cut into four pieces.
9. Grill for 10-15 minutes in a hot oven. To make fried paneer circles, proceed till step no. 6, then deep fry the roll. Cut into four pieces.
