Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Paneer Bhurji my all time favorite.We generally tend to prepare it on gas.I have tried to make it in microwave.This is always a welcome change from the routine style of making paneer.Give it a try!

 Paneer1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Tomata1 Large, chopped
 Ginger garlic paste2 Teaspoon
 Green chilli1 Small, chopped
 Turmeric powder1⁄2 Pinch
 Red chilli powder1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Oil1 Tablespoon
For garnishing
 Coriander leaves2 Tablespoon

1)In a microwave safe bowl add oil and add onions and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
2)Add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and salt.Microwave for 2 minutes.
3)Add paneer and mix it well.
4)Remove it from microwave and garnish with coriander.

4)Serve it hot with bread or chapati.
