Ingredients
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 lemon juice
Directions
Boil the milk.
Add lemon juice and stir till the milk curdles.
Strain through a piece of muslin, then tie up the muslin and hang overnight to drip.
Do not squeeze out the water.
Cut into small squares.
