PANCIT GUISADO WITH PORK Recipe Video
Dry version of cooking pancit guisado with PORK.

* PANCIT €“ 230 gr. / 1 PACK
* PORK FILLET €“ 300 gr.
* CARROTS €“ 200 gr.
* HOLLAND BEANS / CHICHARO €“ 100 gr.
* OYSTER SAUCE €“ 5 tbsp.
* MINCED GARLIC €“ 2 cloves
* SLICED ONIONS €“ 1/2 PC.
* BROTH CUBE €“ 1 PC. (VEGETABLE FLAVOR)
* OLIVE OIL €“ 2 tbsp.
* BLACK PEPPER POWDER €“ 1/4 tsp.
* SALT €“ 1/2 tsp.
Directions
Season the pork with salt and pepper before cooking, meanwhile, bring to boil 700 ml of water.
In a wok or a large pan, heat the Olive Oil, sweat the Onions and the Garlic, add the Pork and after 3 minutes add the Carrots and the Oyster Sauce. Once Carrots are partially cooked, add the Holland Beans or Chicharo and cook through for 3-4 minutes.
Once tha water is boiling add the broth cube and soak the pancit, cook for 1-2 minutes, drain and mix well with the meat and vegetables until pancit gets the flavor.
