Ingredients

 Gym pumpkin, dims 150 pieces
 Potatoes1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Large diced brinjal 1 cup
 Large dry and slit chillies 2-3 pieces
 Cooking oil2 Tablespoon
 Fenugreek seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Aniseeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Mustard seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Cumin seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Bay leaves pieces2
 Green chillies pieces2 , chopped
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Milk1 Teaspoon
 Water as required
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Thoroughly fry the spices till they turn brown.
Add vegetables to the spices and mix well.
Now add the tastemakers, the salt, sugar, green chillies and turmeric and mix them carefully.
Add sufficient water and milk to the ingredients.
Simmer till the vegetables are tender and the water gets absorbed.
