Ingredients

 1 quantity Basic Pizza Dough
 Bacon155 Gram, thinly sliced
 2 firm pears, cored, peeled and sliced
 Cheese100 Gram, crumbled
 Walnuts60 Gram, chopped
 125g rocket, roughly chopped
 Red wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
  black pepper1

Directions

Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe.
Divide into four portions and shape each to form a 6 round.
Place rounds on lightly greased baking trays and cover with pancetta or bacon.
Arrange pear slices attractively on top of bacon, then sprinkle with cheese and walnuts.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until base is crisp and golden.
Just prior to serving, toss rocket with vinegar and pile on top of pizzas.
Season to taste with black pepper and serve immediately.
