Pancakes Recipe

I grew up eating these Pancakes. My kids love even watching me cook these pancakes. And yes, they taste awesome.

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup (120 ml) whole wheat pastry flour
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) unbleached white flour
 
1 cup (240 ml) plus
 
2 tbs (30 ml)
 
Original RICE DREAM
 
2 tbs (30 ml) canola oil
 
1 tsp (5 ml) egg replacer powder
 
1 1/2 tsp (8 ml) baking powder
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) sea salt

Directions

Gently mix all ingredients.
Let batter stand for 2 minutes.
Mix in 2 tbs more of Rice Dream.
Lightly oil pan or griddle; heat over medium-high heat.
Use 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
Enjoy with your favorite pancake toppings.
