Pancake With Coconut Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Refined flour | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Egg | 1 (For 4) | |
| Milk | 295 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Sugar | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Salt a small pinch | ||
| Coconut | 55 Gram (Filling) | |
| Sugar | 30 Gram (Filling) | |
| Cardamoms | To Taste (Filling) | |
Directions
1. Sieve together flour and salt into a bowl.
2. Make a well in the centre. Add beaten yolk of egg and milk. Add sugar.
3. Beat well to form a smooth batter and let it stand for an hour.
4. Whisk white of the egg stiffly. Fold into batter and prepare pancakes, cooking only on one side. Put in the filling and roll.
Filling
Scrape coconut. Add sugar and crushed cardamoms.
