Ingredients

 
3 tablespoons white flour
 
1 egg
 
1/2 cup water
 
Salt
 
Ghee

Directions

Break the egg over the flour.
Mix, while gradually adding water, till you get a thick batter.
Add salt.
Heat a frying pan and add a few drops of ghee, just enough to coat the pan.
Pour spoonfuls of batter with a circular movement to cover the pan thinly.
Reduce the heat.
When set, turn the pancake over and cook for a few more minutes.
You will get about six pancakes.
For filling use any of the recipes given for stuffing for parathas.
Place the filling in the centre of the pancake and turn over the edges to make a roll.
Dip in breadcrumbs and fry in a shallow frying pan.
