Pancake Batter Recipe

| Milk or water | 1/2 Pint | |
| Rich pancake batter | ||
| 4 oz. flour pinch salt | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Just under 1/2 pint milk or milk and water | ||
Directions
Sieve flour and salt, add egg or eggs and enough milk to give sticky consistency.
Beat well then gradually add rest of liquid.
Add oil last if using this.
