Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
Medium heat oven safe fry pan.
Add onions, potatoes, and chicken broth to the pan.
Cover the pan, simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a cup combine flour, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and milk.
Mix them well.
Add butter to the fry pan.
Add flour mix, parsley, and cheddar cheese.
Remove pan from the stove heat.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate, with chives topping.
