Pan Scalloped Potatoes and Chedder Recipe Video

Pan scalloped potatoes is a very simple recipe. The potatoes taste mild and yummy with herbs. There is little cheesy taste also.

Ingredients

 
thinly cut onions
 
thinly cut potatoes
 
1 cup chicken broth
 
all-purpose flour
 
rosemary
 
thyme
 
black pepper
 
milk
 
butter
 
parsley
 
grated cheddar cheese
 
chives

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
Medium heat oven safe fry pan.
Add onions, potatoes, and chicken broth to the pan.
Cover the pan, simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a cup combine flour, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and milk.
Mix them well.
Add butter to the fry pan.
Add flour mix, parsley, and cheddar cheese.
Remove pan from the stove heat.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate, with chives topping.
