Pan-Sauteed Scallops Recipe
This Pan-Sauteed Scallops is an exquisite snack. Great for home parties!
Ingredients
| Scallops | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch of paprika | ||
| slice | 4 | |
| Dry white wine | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Coat scallops with bread crumbs.
2) In a skillet, add butter and heat.
3) Add the scallops and cook for 5 minutes over burning coals. Turn constantly.
4) Add in the salt, pepper, and paprika.
5) Remove the scallops and arrange on grilled toast.
6) In the used pan, add wine, swirl it once and pour over scallops.

7) Serve hot.
