10 to 12 Beef Ribs, meaty, English cut
 
Pepper
 
Lemon Juice
 
Sauce:
 
1 Cup Chutney
 
1/2 Cup Catsup or Tomato Sauce
 
1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
 
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
 
1/4 Tsp. Hot Sauce
 
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
 
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
 
1 Medium Onion, minced
 
1/2 Cup Rum (optional)

Directions

Sprinkle pepper and lemon juice over ribs and let stand 30 minutes.
Brown ribs in lightly greased skillet, spoon sauce over them.
Brown at high heat.
These cook like steak.
Combine ingredients for sauce and cook until done and pour over the ribs.
