Directions

Medium-high heat a large pan.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Add beef sirloin.
Stir, cook for 2 minutes.
Add ground black pepper, basil, savoury, rosemary, thyme, and salt.
Add worcestershire sauce, stir well.
Add hot water.
Add carrot, potato, onion, celery, and some corn niblets.
Stir them well.
Add some fresh parsley, ketchup and bay leaf.
Stir, cover the pan.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Uncover the pan.
Add sauce thickener to the pan.
Stir the ingredients.
Cover, and simmer for next 10 minutes.
Serve.
