Pan Seared Salmon With Citrus Vinegar Glaze And Green Beans Recipe
|Salmon fillets||24 Ounce (4 Fillets, 6 Ounces Each)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon (For Brushing Fish)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Balsamic vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon (A Splash)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Coarse black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green beans||1 Pound, trimmed|
|Orange slice||3 (Lemon Rind Slices)|

1 Preheat a cast-iron pan or heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat.
2 Usin a brush, coat the salmon fillets with oil.
3 Season with salt and pepper.
4 In a pan, cook salmon until just done,for about 3 minutes on each side.
5 In another pan add wine, vinegar, citrus juices and brown sugar and bring to a boil over high heat.
6 Cook the glaze for 3 or 4 minutes, until thickened.
7 Remove from the heat.
8 Add in 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper.
9 In a skillet, add green beans, pieces of orange and/or lemon rind along with 1/2 inch of water.
10 Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
11 Throughly drain the beans and toss with a little bit of oil (optional)
12 Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
13 Pour the glaze over salmon fillets and serve with citrus green beans.
