Pan Roast Grand Central Recipe
Ingredients
8 freshly opened oysters
1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Few drops of lemon juice
Celery salt and paprika to taste
1/2 cup cream
1 piece dry toast
Directions
1. Boil the oysters with their liquor, one tablespoon butter, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, celery salt and paprika one minute, stirring constantly.
2. Add the cream, return to a boil and pour over the toast. Top with remaining butter and sprinkle with additional paprika.
