Ingredients

 
Noodles
 
beef (sliced)
 
broccoli(pieces)

Sauce Ingredients:
 
1 cup beef broth
 
ginger (crushed)
 
garlic (crushed)
 
1 green onion (sliced)
 
1 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 tbsp sesame oil
 
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
 
1 tbsp oyster sauce
 
1 tbsp sugar
 
1 tsp sesame seeds (ground)

Directions

In a deep pan of boiling water add the broccoli pieces and cook for about 3 min. Drain and add the pieces into a bowl of iced water and keep aside.
In a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
In a shallow pan, add the oil and slightly fry the noodles on both the sides, remove on a serving dish.
In the pan, saute the onion, red pepper and mushrooms in the oil until soft. Stir in the beef and saute until it changes the colour; pour the sauce into the pan, stir and mix well the beef and the vegetables, bring to a boil.
In a small bow, dissolve the cornstarch in water and stir into the pan, add the broccoli, simmer until slightly thickened.
Turn off the heat and spoon over the noodles.
