Pan Fried Lake Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds lake fish fillets | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 Large | |
| 1 cup all purpose flour or seasoned bread crumbs | ||
| 1 tablespoon savory seasonings Fish Blend | ||
| 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Garden Blend | ||
| 1 cup Herb Oil | ||
Directions
Clean and fillet fish Combine milk and egg in shallow dish; whisk with a fork until blended.
Combine flour, Fish Blend and Garden Blend in shallow dish; stir until blended.
Dip both sides of hsh m milk mixture, then in flour mixture Set coated fillets aside.
Preheat oil in large frying pan over high heat until hot but not smoking.
Carefully add fillets; pan fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn fish; pan fry 2 to 3 minutes or until fish flakes.
Using a wide spatula, remove fish to serving plates.
