3 tablespoons butter, melted
 
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 
3/4 cup milk
 
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, partially thawed
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon paprika
 
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
 
Paprika

Directions

Combine butter and flour.
Stir in milk gradually to make a thick cream sauce.
Add spinach, salt, and paprika, stirring into cream sauce.
As spinach completely defrosts, sauce will thin out to proper consistency.
Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
Garnish with egg wedges, sprinkle with paprika.
